The Flat has a mini kitchen with tools needed to cook meals while on the road; oven, stove and fridge and all the dishes you need for four. Bathroom with a full size tub and shower.
The Urban Flat is a contemporary studio flat with a partial privacy bedroom. It is a perfect spot for a couple getting away.
Our goal is to supply you with everything you need for a comfortable stay. This unit has a small, but efficient kitchen with everything you will need to cook meals during your stay.
Best of all, the space is super close to everything that makes St. Louis fun. This is a multi family building, no loud music or noise past 10:00 PM. ABSOLUTLEY NO PARTIES.
You will have access to the entire studio; living area, dining area, kitchen, bath and bedroom.
We love St. Louis! It is the foodie capital of the mid west. There are also so many attractions to see. The Urban Flat is located in Gravois Park and super close to the famed, hip Cherokee Street along with Benton Park, South Grand, the Missouri Botanical Garden, Forest Park, Central West End, Soulard and Downtown.
St. Louis is an urban area so please exercise caution by removing valuables from your car and locking it when ever you exit. Also exercise caution in the city.
If you have a fair amount of driving to do, rent a car. If not, you can take the bus or Uber around as nearly everything is a 10 minute or less drive.
Heating in the building is centrally controlled. The unit is efficiently cooled with a wall air conditioner. If you would like to visit a Laundromat in the area, we recommend Bubbles at 3415 S. Grand Blvd.

About the Owner
This four family building was mixed use when I bought the building. We converted the office into a studio apartment as many businesses have moved out of neighborhoods. Because the building is right on Gravois Park, it makes a great short term rental. You have to be okay with a bit of grit because this is a transitional neighborhood. Never had any problems in the neighborhood.Location

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $40.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
